The Golden Retriever Club of NSW Inc. recognizes all serious and realistic endeavors to improve the overall quality of the Golden Retriever, particularly, Breed Type, Conformation, Temperament and Hereditary Defects.

Advertising and All Correspondence: should be forwarded to the Hon. Secretary with any appropriate fees. Titles Gained Notification: should be forwarded in writing to the Hon. Secretary.

Show/Trial Results: should be submitted to the Publicity Officer by the first day of each month on the form provided The previous months only results will be printed. Please note that Open Show and Parade results are not eligible for publication.

News Sheet Copy: The date for News sheet material is the First Day of Each Month. Material received after the closing date will be held over for the following Newssheet.

Litter Advertisements: Copies of hip scores and eye certificates for BOTH the Sire and Dam , with tattoo and/or microchip numbers included, must be registered with the club before any litter notifications will be accepted for advertisement or added to the Puppy Referral List. Eye Certificates must be current and CLEAR. Those advertising litter must have been a financial member of the GRC Inc for the preceding 12 months.

Stud Dog List (for 10 issues) $20.00

Please ensure that payment is made at the time of lodging an advertisement. Phone adds will not be accepted until payment is received.

Stud Dogs: must have all certificates  Registered with the club. Eye certificates must be current. Whenadvertising any dogs, ALL registered owners of the dogs being advertised must have been financial members of the club for the preceding 12 months.
